OCAD University is dedicated to serving our community partners.
Through various programs and activities, we can introduce learners to resources, teachers and spaces at OCAD U that can help them prepare for creative education options or other art and design opportunities in their future.
Admissions Resources
We’re here to help you build a strong portfolio through online sessions, hands-on creative workshops with OCAD U instructors and more! Learners will develop creative skills, work with OCAD U faculty, and produce work that can be included in a portfolio. Workshops are available as 1 to 2 day portfolio clinics as well as week-long summer workshops.
Scholarships are available. Reach out to Maryanne Casasanta to learn more at mcasasanta [at] ocadu.ca.
Interested in having an OCAD U representative speak at an event or program in your community? Our representatives would be available to provide more information about the OCAD U application process and requirements, our programs, campus life, and more.
Email us at visitrequests [at] ocadu.ca to request a presentation.
Check out other opportunities for learners to engage with us! OCAD U experts are available online to answer questions about the application process, campus life, funding, housing etc. From time to time, you can also meet with faculty and students to learn more about your program of interest and more!
Meet a Student
Join current OCAD U students for an informal group hang to talk about what day-to-day life is like at OCAD University. Our diverse group of current students representing different program areas will share their personal experiences, as well as walk you through a typical day on our campus. They are here to offer advice on how to make friends, get involved in our wide range of on-campus events and activities, and talk about all of the things that you can see and do while being in Toronto! Talk to us, we’re here for you and excited to meet you!
